“I had a very bad experience took 3 hours to fit a roof box and rails. phoned to complain and had poor reply….the engineer that worked on your car was more a Diagnostics engineer and had Probably not fitted one for 10 yrs…….your havin a laugh arent”

“Communication and honesty seemed to be high up on their agenda as well as good service and trying to do the best for the customer in the quickest time. Sophie was really good at letting me know what the state of the repairs were and fed back honestly when the work wasn't completed to the original estimate. Even though it wasn't the news I wanted, I appreciated the honesty.”
