“My car visited this garage in March 2020, the previous owner paid for REPLACE TIMING BELT KIT AND WATER PUMP, REPAIR CRANK SENSOR MOUNTING AND REPLACE CRANK SENSOR, CHANGE OIL AND FILTER to be done. Since this repair the car has covered around 6,000 miles. The Crank sensor mounting was glued in due to error repairing and the sensor not bolted in properly causing it to break. The whole mounting unit is now useless due to this garages 'repair'.”

“My anticipated wait time was given as an hour, final wait time was nearly 2 hours. my gripe is that "car washed and vacuumed" was not carried out at all and even documents this on invoice, would have gone back to moan but already waited longer than told.”
