“I booked a Diagnosis at Mercedes Swansea, they offered a possible solution and not a diagnosis! the problem relates to the engine not reaching temperature which would point to the thermostat being stuck in the open position. Mercedes want to change the water pump and accuator at a cost of £1032.60. I queried and was told its a matter of elimination! well start with the most expensive!
