“My front Drivers side tyre was losing air on Hyundai i10. I came in and technicans dealt with problem quickly and efficiently. It was a seal that was leaking.
Furthermore, the technican showed me the rear Drivers tyre and the beginnings of deterioration as split starting inner tread grooves. He exlained this tyre was likely on the car from brand new (tyre date 48/11) as I only recently bought the car at 19500 miles. He gave me options to keep the tyre since it was legal for next 2000 miles approximately.
Instead, I decided to replace it with a Falcan mid range tyre. In a year or two I will lkely upgrade the other three entry level tyres to make a matching set since it will be a low mileage car fo me.
Overall, excellent customer service from all concerned. I will definitely return again and advise others in my acquaintance to visit you with similar car problems.”

“I was delighted to identify a Chemix Autocentre in Chemix Autocentre – Halesowen as I took my car in for maintenance and service. The garage confirmed in need 4 new tyres and recommend another local garage, I did a little internet search to make sure I New what I needed and what I should have to pay through Protyre. When the local garage couldn?t get close I went direct to the Chemix garage who confirmed the online price would be honoured and that the tyres would be available in a couple of days (over the New Year?s Day Bank holiday!)
I was even more impressed when I found that the Chemix garage provided a large reception area with entertainment for my 2 little girls (2 years old and 4 years old including KungFu Panda on the TV, toys and colouring in!
Best of all the service was polite, prompt, and very helpful, Chemix identified a wheel misalignment and fixed it for £35. Should save that easily over the life of the tyres…”
