“My 2012 car has been serviced by them continually under a service plan. Last year the battery was Problematic. So on their advice had a new battery fitted. The problems restarted this year so I asked them to look at the battery during my regular service in April. They refused to replace it under the warranty plus, then did more work than I authorised from the quote including the battery which I then had to pay for. Do not use this garage.”
