“Urgent repair on brakes carried out for my autistic son’s car. Original appointment was cancelled due to Coronovirus and an alternative date offered in 6 weeks. The following day this was rearranged for 2 days later due to him being a key worker. Very impressed with the service and repair and the understanding of the situation we were in. Thank you to all concerned in these difficult and challenging times. First class!”

“They did a re-inspection of the car and noted a minor chip on the door which was fine but they didn't do a post-service inspection to advise me that they had damaged the rear quarter light cover. Looks like they are trying to hide damage they caused.”

“I recently had a slow puncture in one of my tyres. As a regular customer at Alba I took the car down for them to inspect the tyre. Unfortunately the nail had gone through the tyre so a new tyre was needed. John had a member of staff straight onto the repair and they soon had my tyre fixed. The whole job from start to finish was completed within 30 minutes.”

“Ordered a rear tyre online to be fitted the next day. The price was very competitive and included old tyre disposal at no extra cost. Arrived 15 min before appointment, as requested. Tyre replace almost immediately, without any fuss or any attempt to sell other products.”
