“I took my car in for two front tyres and tracking. After doing the work and charging me for both I found the tracking hadn't been done. I took the car back and your team apologised and had another go this time giving me the printout result. The tracking is still not right and still pulls to the right. Also one of my locking nuts was torn right off by presumably too much tension in the hydrolic gun. This now means I can't get the tire off if I get a puncture and I need to sort out. Not a happy customer hence 1 star and won't be using again.”

“I had a service and MOT carried out and it was found that my car needed new brakes so the final invoice was twice as much as .i was expecting. However I appreciate that this had to be done and was carried out with care and attention. Since then I have had requests to contact the garage to arrange to have an MOT so your details have not been updated as this has already been carried out. The boot was left in a rather untidy condition after the spare tyre had obviously been checked. Also it would have been a nice extra touch if my car had been cleaned after it?s service.”

“Ordered and paid for 4 tyres online. Drive to fitting centre and waited an hour after arrival for fitting, then told only 3 tyres had been fitted as one tyre short ! Who fits 3 new tyres and thinks thats acceptable ? Told them to refit the two old tyres on front and new ones on rear. I have the added inconvenience now of having to waste another morning and expence to drive to the fitting place to get other two tyres fitted that i have paid for. Not great as could have got tures elsewhere cheaper and less hassle. Staff courteous though so no problems with that, just poor management of stock.”
