“I took my Clio to Fish Brothers Renault in Swindon for cambelt replacement and while carrying this out, they noticed a broken front spring (no doubt caused by the many potholes in our locality) which obviously raised safety concerns. I was very impressed that they managed to obtain the necessary parts and replace both front springs on the same day while I waited.”
“The booking process was very brisk, and no handover for settling into a courtesy vehicle, I had said on booking and on arrival I had an appointment I needed to attend, the woman said she had changed the time to finish at 3pm but there was no guarantee. Robin was wonderful when I called at 2.45 for an update as I was getting concerned and arranged the pick up of the courtesy vehicle and our car to be dropped off – now that's customer service!”
