Can I still contact and submit a case for review by The Motor Ombudsman?

Yes, it is ‘business as usual’, and although all of our departments are now based from home in line with the latest government advice, our phone lines have been redirected to the relevant team members and are open during normal office hours (i.e. between 09:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday). Adjudication outcomes and final decisions also continue to be delivered as per the normal alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process.

 

However, before bringing your dispute to The Motor Ombudsman, we always advise that you try to conclude your complaint with the business in the first instance (please refer to the graphic below).
