Accreditation enquiries

We aim to respond to all enquiries about a business accreditation within five working days of receiving your message.

Please note that if you are a consumer with a dispute, your enquiry will be passed to our adjudication team and it therefore the timescale for receiving a response will be different.

If your enquiry is urgent you can also call us on 0345 241 3008 and select option 2 to speak to the Business Services Department.

Do you need to contact us about a dispute?

If you are an accredited garage or business with a dispute please call our Dispute Resolution Service on 0345 241 3008 and select option 1.  The lines are open between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
