Does The Motor Ombudsman cover motorcycles?

Does The Motor Ombudsman cover motorcycle complaints?

Yes. The Motor Ombudsman can take on disputes relating to motorcycles, where the business involved is accredited to one of The Motor Ombudsman’s Codes of Practice.

If you have purchased a motorbike, or had one serviced or repaired, and something has gone wrong, you may be able to use The Motor Ombudsman’s free and impartial dispute resolution service, once you have exhausted the business’s complaints process.

You can check whether a motorcycle manufacturer, motorcycle retailer, or service and repair centre is accredited by using The Motor Ombudsman’s Business Finder.

Further information on how to raise your motorbike complaint can be found here.
