Motor Codes, the government-backed watchdog for the automotive industry, is pleased to confirm that it will be attending this year’s Chartered Trading Standard Institute’s Consumer Affairs and Trading Standards Conference. The annual event is taking place at The International Centre in Telford, Shropshire, from Tuesday 21 June to Thursday 23 June, 2016.
All three of Motor Codes’ Codes of Practice are fully endorsed by the CTSI, and Holly McAllister, Head of Customer Service and Quality, and Tristan Holland, Subscriber Services Manager, will be on-hand to speak to delegates on stand B1. Visitors will be able to find out how Motor Codes benefits both consumers and businesses and receive individual advice following the recent changes to Alternative Dispute Resolution legislation, and the introduction of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Members of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute are entitled to come to the Conference free of charge. Admission to the whole Conference and exhibition on a specific day, plus the Conference pack, is priced at £171 + VAT.
