The forthcoming two-day UK Garage & Bodyshop Event at the NEC in Birmingham is set to welcome over 100 leading suppliers showcasing the latest products and working methods across servicing, collision repair, diagnostics, paint and refinishing. With 60+ training sessions, a hardcopy training guide and free business advice from experts in their field, the event offers the opportunity for upskilling and learning tips and techniques to take back to the workshop.


Throughout the event, members of The Motor Ombudsman team will be on-hand on stand FF38 (near to the Business Owners Club) to guide visitors through the many benefits of accreditation and services offered by the organisation, and to answer any specific queries on the management and resolution of consumer complaints to help bring them to a close fairly and swiftly.
