Abarth and its authorised dealerships are committed to delivering a high level of customer care and quality vehicles. However, there may be occasions when your experience does not meet expectations.
If you encounter a problem with your Abarth vehicle, servicing, or dealership experience and wish to make a complaint, you should first contact the business directly. Abarth UK is accredited to The Motor Ombudsman’s Motor Industry Code of Practice for New Cars, and many concerns can be resolved through the manufacturer’s own complaints procedure.
Should your complaint remain unresolved after eight weeks, The Motor Ombudsman may be able to review your case independently. We provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for disputes relating to vehicle faults, rejected cars, or repairs that have not been carried out satisfactorily. This page explains how to complain to Abarth and outlines when The Motor Ombudsman can help.
Before submitting a complaint, please ensure you have read Abarth’s complaints policy.

When can The Motor Ombudsman help with Abarth complaints?
If you have contacted Abarth UK or an authorised Abarth retailer and your complaint has not been resolved within eight weeks of being raised, you may be able to refer the matter to The Motor Ombudsman. We will review the circumstances of the dispute and assess whether the applicable Motor Industry Codes of Practice have been followed.
Abarth UK and its authorised retailer network are accredited to The Motor Ombudsman’s Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI)-approved Codes of Practice, which establish recognised standards for vehicle sales, servicing, repairs, and complaint handling.
The Motor Ombudsman can investigate unresolved disputes to determine whether these standards have been met. We may consider complaints relating to the purchase of a vehicle, the quality of service provided by an Abarth retailer, or concerns regarding repairs and workmanship.
Check Abarth Recalls
You can check whether your Abarth vehicle has been affected by a safety recall by using the recall checker on our website, which features official recall information from vehicle manufacturers.
Abarth will normally contact registered vehicle owners directly if their vehicle is subject to a recall and provide information about any actions that may need to be taken.
