Accreditation enquiries

If you have a query about accreditation please contact our Business Services team by completing the enquiry form below or give us a call on 0345 241 3008* (option 2). 

The lines are open between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.  If the phone lines are closed, please leave a message and we will respond as soon as we can.

 

*Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to 01 and 02 prefixed numbers and are included as part of any inclusive minutes or discount package. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, fixed line or payphone.

Do you need to contact us about a dispute?

If you are an accredited garage or business with a dispute please call our Dispute Resolution Service on 0345 241 3008* and select option 1.  The lines are open between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
