Accreditation enquiries

Bank Holiday Closure

We will be closed on Monday 30th of August for the Bank Holiday, and reopen at 9am on Tuesday 31st August.

You can still contact us whilst we are closed, by using our online form. Please read the information below about how to do this and we will respond on our return.

Normal opening hours

If you are a business with  a query about accreditation please contact our Business Services team by completing the enquiry form below or give us a call on 0345 241 3008* (option 2). 

The phone lines are open from 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.  If the phone lines are closed, please leave a message and we will respond as soon as we can.

 

*Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to 01 and 02 prefixed numbers and are included as part of any inclusive minutes or discount package. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, fixed line or payphone.

Do you need to contact us about a dispute?

If you are an accredited garage or business with a dispute please call our Dispute Resolution Service on 0345 241 3008* and select option 1.  The lines are open between 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and the Christmas and New Year period.
