Important Notice: Temporary Email Disruption

We have been experiencing an unexpected IT issue affecting our email systems, which began yesterday.

As a result, our system was issuing emails to say that our ‘mailbox is full’.

  • If you are replying to an email from us about an existing case with us, using the correct reference ID (eg: “ref:!012345ABCDE:ref”) in the body or email subject, your communication will reach us.
  • If you were emailing for the first time, and you received a mail box full message, it is likely that we did not receive your communication.

We kindly ask that you refrain from calling us, unless its about a new case enquiry, to help us manage contact volumes while we work to restore email access.
