Told me that they'd struggled removing a locking nut but wouldn't charge me extra for it which I wouldn't have expected to even be a consideration. The locking nut socket was damaged during removal which is fine, but then they threw all the nuts away without asking me so I had to go to halfords on the way home and buy more.
He also questioned my choice of tyres, which again was fine, but then when I asked if there were more suitable options he decided they'd probably be fine. Didn't fill me with trust.”

Although I was initially made to feel like it was my problem that I had turned up for an appointment the branch hadn?t made, after that the branch responded very well, saying they would do their best to fit my car in, actually doing so and ringing when the tyres were fitted. I found ordering the tyres from a wide choice and making an appointment on the website easy. Much better than turning up at a tyre depot and being asked to choose a tyre without being the information to make a choice. Good price too with a discount code and a Bridgestone promotion”
