Our business portal
Through the TMO Business Portal you can;
- update your business profile page information on the Garage Finder website
- view customer survey feedback
- view performance and case information
- purchase items such as signage and consumer literature from our online shop
- renew your annual accreditation
To log-in you’ll need to know your TMO Username and Password. Your username will be your email address with .tmo at the end. E.g. firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have received a login, you can access the site here.
If you haven’t yet received a login you should be receiving one soon. In the mean time if you have any updates to make on your profile page just email us and we’ll update this information for you.

Compliance and self-assessment
We have recently introduced the online Self Assessment which ensures that businesses can demonstrate their compliance to the relevant Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI)-approved Motor Ombudsman Code.
You will need to complete this once you have renewed to ensure that you receive the full benefits of your accreditation and are active on our Garage Finder.
