Comprehensive cover for motorists
Subaru and Isuzu dealerships commit to service and repair standards
Joining the increasing number of manufacturers and car retailers within the Motor Codes network, International Motors Group has signed-up its Subaru and Isuzu dealerships to the Service and Repair Code.
Motor Codes, the self-regulatory body for the automotive retail sector provides consumers with three sets of service level expectations, relating to new car sales, service and repair and warranty products.
Subaru and Isuzu have been long-standing subscribers to the New Car Code and its commitment to the Service and Repair Code will instil further confidence in its customers, as Paul Tunnicliffe, Managing Director Subaru/Isuzu/Daihatsu, explains, “This is an important move for both of our brands, underlining our complete commitment to delivering customer satisfaction. Our collaboration with Motor Codes means that Subaru and Isuzu drivers using our aftersales services can be surer than ever that their cars are in safe hands, throughout the lifespan of the vehicle.”
The addition of the 150-strong network of Subaru and Isuzu garages brings even more security to motorists, with well over 6,000 garages nationwide following Motor Codes’ government-backed codes of practice, supported by its independent advice service.
“There is no reason for motorists to be anxious about the quality of service in today’s motor industry”, says Motor Codes Managing Director, Chris Mason. “Motor Codes garages freely open themselves up to scrutiny, welcoming feedback from customers. Now Subaru and Isuzu owners can search our website for their nearest dealer and help other motorists by rating that garage online.”
Dedicated to openness, Motor Codes runs an online Garage Finder, complete with real-time customer ratings, gathered through service and repair customer feedback.
