Hyundai driver Martin, has been selected at random as the winner of £500 in Lifestyle Vouchers in The Motor Ombudsman’s first quarterly prize draw of the year.
Martin was one of the hundreds of motorists who completed an online Service and Repair or Vehicle Sales Code survey between January and March 2023 after a using a Motor Ombudsman-accredited garage during this period.
Following his recent visit to Tyreland Salisbury – Team Protyre, Martin gave a ten out of ten rating for all aspects of his experience, which included the booking process, quality of work, information provided and the level of customer service received. About the service he received, he said:
“I had a slight vibration when driving at speed. The manager soon informed me it was probably wheel balance . My car was handled by Ryan and he advised me my 2 front tyres were wearing on the edges. Clear and honestly he explain to me that might be causing the vibrations. A free alignment check and the drive home confirmed he was correct.”
