“As always had perfect welcome, the receptionists both know me and my voice on the hone, she ordered the necessary parts at the time of booking, and as always treated me with respect and friendliness. Offered a lift home as always but chose to walk. Service done and car brought to my home at the end of the day, Simon was in reception when I came to pay the next morning, and dealt with the payment, and still had time for a chat. “Been to Simon Graeme's this morning with a starting issue with my Mondeo. After having it at two other garages, one fitted a new battery, still got issue, the other diagnosed as needing new glow plugs and oxygen sensor (£391 later) still had same problem. Literally 15 mins at Simon Graeme's they hand me the keys back saying it was a loose wire to the solenoid, all sorted, job done. Highly recommend to anyone, customer service is EXCELLENT. Thanks”

The tyres were ready for fitting the following day and late on that day I was asked to present the car for fitting which was carried out in a swift and efficient manner. During the course of this work the technician informed me that both front discs and brake pads needed replacing asap. This work was carried out the following week.”
