The Customer Service Star Awards are back for 2023

Following the success of our Customer Service Star Awards for vehicle warranty product providers and vehicle manufacturer, we’re pleased to announce that the Customer Service Star Awards are back bigger and better for 2023.

Over the past year, we know that your staff, and your business as a whole, have done great things to support your customers, and have been dedicated to swiftly resolving issues when they have arisen.

We therefore wanted to recognise the lengths that you have gone to, to consistently provide a high standard of service, and the efforts that have been made to keep motorists across the country on the move, especially during these more challenging times.

How will the winners be recognised?

All nominations received from consumers will be verified to ensure that they meet our entry criteria, and are related to one of our accredited businesses. A shortlist of three businesses will then be drawn up for, and provided to our panel of judges.

From the shortlist, the judges will collectively choose one overall winner and two highly commended entries.

As businesses vary in size and location, please note that the nominations will not be judged on how many the individual, or business has received from customers.

Our judging panel is made up from:

    • Ben Coates – Editor in Chief, Garage Talk Online
    • Bill Fennell – Chief Ombudsman and Managing Director at The Motor Ombudsman
    • Neil Barlow -Head of Vehicle Policy & Engineering, DVSA
    • Louise Savage -Consumer Codes & ADR Manager, Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI)

How can customers nominate their Customer Service Stars?

What are the campaign timescales?

We will be accepting nominations from your customers from the 2nd May 2023 to 15th October 2023.  We will be announcing the  winners  in November 2023.
