How to submit a case to The Motor Ombudsman
Before creating a case with us, you need to ensure you have given the business a chance to resolve the dispute first.
If you’re not happy with the response from the business, or don’t receive one at all after waiting 8 weeks, then you can submit your case for us to look into.
It’s also important that you check that the business is accredited to one of our four Motor Industry Codes of Practice.
