Our Mission

AJ Auto Services was established in Falkenham, Ipswich in 2013 and we are proud to have been providing quality garage services to local drivers since opening our doors all that time ago. Although based in Falkenham, we regularly welcome customers from Trimley, Felixstowe, Ipswich and from all corners of the county.

Part of our success is down to how well we work as a team – we have a bunch of really talented technicians with great workshop skills and the more experienced team members pass on their knowledge to the younger ones (in addition to the training courses that they go on). We help each other out and we work together to deal with whatever rolls through the door. Not only do our team have fantastic workshop skills, but they also have great people skills. At AJ Auto Services, we love our customers and we understand that being able to speak directly to the technician who’s working on your vehicle, makes the repair process far better and often, less stressful.

We undertake the full range of jobs that you’d expect from a quality independent garage from straightforward servicing and maintenance right through to larger jobs such as timing belts/chains, clutches, and engine and gearbox repairs. In fact, no job is too big or too small at AJ Auto Services so never concern yourself about that – we’ll even fill up your screenwash for you if you’re not sure how to.

We have a nice bright, modern workshop which was purpose-built only a couple of years ago, and it’s equipped to deal with whatever drives in, be it a brand-new Tesla or a 25-year-old Focus. At AJ Auto Services, all cars get the same level of attention because that’s what our customers deserve, and we focus more on the quality of our work rather than speed, although we can guarantee you a quick turnaround, we’ll never promise you unrealistic time targets like they might at some places!
