In accordance with the Ombudsman Association’s requirements to be open, transparent and accountable, The Motor Ombudsman’s Annual Reports provide a comprehensive summary of the organisation’s yearly performance. The documents feature an overview to the Board of Directors and Senior Management, an insight into the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process and how the body helps consumers and businesses, cases studies for each Code of Practice to demonstrate the fair and impartial adjudication outcomes and final decisions that have been reached, as well as key highlights from the selected 12-month period.
