“I ordered tyres on the protyre website with my registration. It ordered the wrong size and this was not discovered until I went to Alba tyres to get them fitted. The guys there couldn't be more helpful. They confirmed that putting my reg in the website suggested the wrong size tyres and ordered the correct tyres for me and although I had to come back the next day to get the correct ones fitted, there was no extra charges. So 5-star for Alba tyres but less one star because the website not ordering the right tyres”

I was asked if id like a different make ,not heard of the make but manager assured me it was actually better & cheaper .

Collected my car & was told couldn't refund the difference as computer glitch ,so waiting for money going back in to bank may take 4 days not good .
The branch manager was good & sorted out another tyre & was fitted on time but they obviously have technical issues with their I.T”

There was a problem with a leaking fuel filter and the guys could very easily have asked me to take it back the following day once the part had been ordered and delivered but instead they ensured that the part was delivered the same day and fitted immediately which allowed the car to pass the MOT. Great work and didn?t charge me any extra!”
