“Car required 2 new front tyres. On the website it states this is a 30 minute job. The garage explained they were an hour behind when I dropped the car in. I was very understanding and explained I only work round the corner so will leave it with them for 2 hours before collecting to give them adequate time to complete the job. I ended up giving them 3.5 hours before collecting again, the job still hadn?t been done and I was stood waiting for a further 20 minutes. When I got home, I noticed my original dust caps (Volkswagen branded) were not put back on the replaced tyres.”

“I called in after receiving a MOT reminder i filled on line but was not sent though to Leeds branch to ring me back to arrange a time. Also the letter told me i could have a MOT at £20 but in branch said it was not possible to do class 7 at that price so they give me a discount on the normal price. Very misleading”

“I had a flat tyre, a screw in the rear driver wheel. It was in the tyre wall so I needed a new tyre. I pulled up without an appointment late in the day. I was seen straightaway. The manager and staff were very friendly. They had the tyre in stock. I cant fault the service at all. My tyre was replaced straightaway and at a reasonable price, cheaper than my usual supplier. For me it comes down to trust with garages and I would definitely use this company again when I need new tyres. Fast, efficient, reasonable prices and friendly service. Definitely recommend.”

“I attended without a prior appointment with a flat tyre that needing replacing, the staff at reception were fab at getting my car seen to. They managed my expectations by telling me exactly what the waiting time was and luckily I was attended to the same day. They advised what tyre I needed, the range they had in and costs involved and it was then efficiently fitted and I was back on my way.”

I called in as my car was stating check tyre pressure, he checked this for me & sorted it quickly, he then pointed out that I needed a new tyre and managed to fit me in later in that day.
I went back at agreed time & had to wait quite a while for the tyre to be replaced, they apologised for my waiting & reduced the price as compensation – although I said it wasn't necessary.”

I purchased goodyear tyres but when checking website this promotion finished long time ok so need to clear out old promotion material..i would not say most friendly off places but got job done in quick time”

At the end in the recepcion the guy said he no charge me for tracking and is all done. I didn't get any proof about the tracking was done and now if i want to drive straight the stearing wheal is turned left. It worst than it was. Any comments?”
