“Strange one really. Vehicle failed its m.o.t at a previous testing station. Work needed to get the vehicle through the test along with a few other things was a pair of front lower wishbones. These brand new OEM quality wishbones were purchase separately by myself and were fitted to the vehicle at another renowned m.o.t garage well known for exceedingly good work (online reviews back this up) yet on the advisory the tester at protyre deemed both of them to have worn bushes. The new wishbones had only been fitted to the vehicle less than 7 days ago so make what you want out of that. Not impressed with having this put on the recommendation advisory as i cannot see how 2 brand new items had worn down in such a ridiculous short length of time. Hasten to add i did not ask to have the work done as it had already been done previously.”

“The staff are professional and helpful – however I did not give 5 stars as the oil change & MOT service advertised and booked for for £99 was on arrival not including parts ( fair enough) also excluded specialist oils which for a VW UP which doesn't need specialist oils then seemed expensive vs other fast fit places.”
