“Yes I do recommend Bathwick Tyres and yes would use them again. I had one difficulty but dont think this was totally due to them; they changed a tyre and re-balanced the wheels – but they didnt advise me that this procedure would disturb the car's digital balance, and would need adjustment. I was subsequently shocked when driving to find all sorts of warning symbols appear on the digital screen. While accepting that this was my responsibility to have known about and to have attended to, I would have appreciated them – as the experts – alerting me to this happenning and helping me do the adjustments to the car's digi-system. Am sounding like the feeble helpless woman here (am maybe being her too) – but my husband usually takes care of this and I've never taken the trouble to look in the manual to find out how to do this procedure. So next time, do give me a reminder please.”

“Tyres were ordered over the phone and a fitting time was arranged. When I arrived 5 minutes early all bays were in use and continued to be in use for about half an hour, this defeats the object of booking a set slot. It took 1 hour and 35 to fit 2 tyres which seems excessive. After leaving and a couple days later I noticed the load rating on 1 of the tyres was standard load and the other was extra load which is what I had ordered. I phoned up and explained the mismatch and was asked to bring the car back in, when I brought the car back in they then needed to order another tyre as they didn't have one in stock, so had to come back for a third time. I have used this place before and never had an issue but there seems to be something off as it felt like they weren't overly bothered by their mistake and nothing was offered by was of an apology.”
