“I had to complain as I?d booked online for 10:30 got there and was told tyres had not been delivered ( and only ever came in the afternoon). After an hours round journey not pleased. No real apology or solution. Contacted Protyre via FB who promised area manager would investigate. I called again to rebook and person was very apologetic, promised free tracking etc. Got there on agreed time on Friday, no mention of issues, no mention of free tracking, told a 45 minute wait ( which turned into 1.5 hours). I expected to wait and had bought work but not a great customer experience. The only thing good about this visit was it was cheap.

Previous visits/bookings I?ve had no problems so this may be a one off.”

“Popped in on the off chance they could check my tyres… Got the tyres checked out very quickly and replaced 2 of them, price was very competitive! They also managed to check my brakes and advised me that my front pads were looking worn! I wouldn't have even realised so it's nice to know that they check every car that they work on… I am now booked in next week for the pads to be replaced.”

“I had a call saying that my car had failed its 1st MOT because I had a mobile phone holder at the bottom of the windscreen and also that my car needed some work as part of the service. When I said that I didnt want the work done and I would et teh work done on a later date the guy just put the phone down. When I went to collect the vehicle after being told it was ready, the vehicle had a MOT failure and and MOT pass, yet the holder had NOT been removed at anypoint from the windscreen. Also, they could not find my car key eventually they found it (I dont know where it had been but it was soaking wet when it was handed over.”

This approach continued when I arrived at the service centre where the young man working on the reception desk was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. When I returned an hour later, my tyres had been fitted but the receptionist was taking an order on the telephone. Another employee, seeing that I was waiting, quickly came to another till to take my payment.”
