“Unfortunately after being a customer for years, my last visit was extremely disappointing. I had 4 tyres fitted and the person doing the job cross threaded one of the bolts when replacing the wheel. I was offered no apology or compensation, just given the bolt and told I could drive to head office if I wanted something doing about it. I chose instead to drive to my usual garage, where they were able to fix it for me. I'm lucky to have a good relationship with the guys who look after my cars and that they were able to fix it straight away, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to drive the car.”
