“I purchased a 2012 Audi A4 Allroad Quattro on Friday and drove to Bath to visit a friend. On Saturday we drove by Bathwick tyres and I noticed that the place was PACKED. we did our errands and on the way back, I pulled in because i needed a new set of 4 tyres. The price was very good and in 30 minutes I had a new set of tyres, tracking done and brakes tested. The staff were AMAZING!!!!”

“I am afraid that the two tyres that I purchased online were not delivered on time so I made a wasted journey/time at Bathwick Tyres, Bath. I live in a village outside of Bath and this was very inconvenient for me having booked and paid for a time-slot tyre change online. I had to return a second time in afternoon when Bathwick tyres Bath informed that the tyres had arrived after they chased this matter up for me. They were very efficient and helpful once the tyres had arrived. The online facility clearly does not work well at all, so I realise it is probably best to use the old-fashioned telephone direct method in the future.”

Website recommends ENDURO/RUNWAY Performance 926 215 / 45 R17 91W for my Prius but invoice shows 55R16 RUNWAY ENDURO tyres have been fitted. The tyre walls appear to bulge to me but I was assured the angle of the road surface can give that appearance.”

I would have given an excellent star except that they should have checked and equalised the pressure of the other back tyre at the same time as only a few days later I had a warning pressure light come up on the other back tyre. As part of a refit this should be standard. Apart from that they offer good fast service.”

“I have visited Bathwick tyres for years as I live in Bath. The polite and efficient service is from another long lost era. I always tell people about it. My Brother who also lives in Bath always agrees. I had a chap change my tyre who I had not seen before, super helpful, efficient, same as always. “A very efficient operation with very polite and friendly staff. I had ordered 2 new rear tyres from etyres but when I arrived at the fitting centre in the morning the technician noticed I hadn't ordered run flats. However, the staff quickly provided a solution; they would return the 2 I had ordered (and I had to contact etyres for a refund) and helped me to choose 2 new tyres that would be delivered that day. Bathwick tyres rang me that afternoon to say the new tyres were in and the the whole job was completed within 25 minutes of me returning.”

“I went to see them because 1) I had a nail in a tyre and 2) a couple of MOT advisories relating to tyres. The staff replaced the damaged tyre quicky and efficiently and were honest with me about the MOT advisories and advised me that the tyres didnt need replacing but to pop in after three months to check their condition. I was very impressed by the honest advise that I received.”
