“Booked a MOT with Chippenham Branch but booking was not showing on system on the day I arrived. The branch were still able to accommodate my MOT at the time booked = thank you. Unable to view the MOT being carried out as the waiting area was packed out on our arrival and is not appealing to staying…having previously had MOT's at Westbury and my husband at Bathwick Tyres – Team Protyre. I would have awarded 5* but for failed booking and poor waiting area(not your priority I realise 🙁 .)”

As I had an appointment I would have thought it would be ready before 3.30. I wasn't told it would take that long I was just sat at home waiting all day.
