“This is the second time in a year that Bath wick have tried to overcharge me for tyres.
Twice now I have had to show them their own on line prices which are much cheaper than they say they can buy them at. This is absolute rubbish. I was also told that my tyres weren't in for my appointment time as a driver had driven them home!! No apology at all, shocking service and under hand practices.”

I think you should review the timed, booked slots, though. I rang at 10.15 to find things were busy so I was offered 12.00. Things were even busier by then and the fact I had booked made absolutely no difference – it would be at least an hour before I could even be looked at. So I rebooked for 2.00 and it was a little better with only about a 40 minute wait. Unless these bookings are prioritised, I'd suggest you abandon them. It feels a little insulting to book and then still be at the end of a queue. This feature was the most likely to make me go elsewhere next time.”

“The staff were great, helpful and efficient, but are often overstretched coping with customer volumes. The customer experience would improve greatly if there were more staff available to serve and answer the phone. Customer parking can be awkward, but, worst of all is the customer waiting area, which is shabby, cold and far too small during busy periods.”

“Ordered 4 new tyres and the ones that arrived were "winter". The guy in the office was happy to fit them bit wanted to know what I would like to do. I explained that I knew nothing about tyres and only when I said I would be back to see him personally if they did not last the same couple of years the previous ones had he suggested that the correct tyres should be ordered. I have a forceful personality, if it has been my wife I would have 4 budget winter tyres on my car, which since I go home I discovered would have worn out considerably quicker. Not good enough.”
