“Did the job I asked them to do. However they spoke over me and directed all questions to the man I was with, calling him sir, despite it being my car, and me being the person who answered all questions. Very slow to do the job despite being booked in, and left a mess in the boot of my car. Not what I expect or have experienced at other branches. Good company, bad branch. I would definitely not return to this branch again.”

You completed the tyre change very quickly and explained why I should wait before having the tracking done, due to an existing issue with the car needing to be repaired beforehand as this would effect the tracking result, Therefore saving me from repeatedly having the tracking done and paying unnecessary costs.
