“The face to face interaction with the staff, and the service, at Wordsley is always first rate in my experience. The only reason I haven't rated the company 5 stars is because of the on-line experience ordering and purchasing tyres. I chose an offer on purchasing two tyres where it was indicated you use a code at the checkout point but as far as I could see there was nowhere to input said code. In future I will return to booking and ordering over the phone and paying over the counter.”

Only real downside is that the car goes into a queue to be serviced even though it was booked in for a specific time and so they could not give me an estimated completion time.”

“Had to wait nearly two hours to get 4 tyres fitted when booked online gave you a time slot. Only to be told when at the garage they didn't book time slots. I had telephoned the garage before booking as well and she had said you do it all online and book a time and date. Very confusing and frustrating. Coffee had run out of machine as well so very miserable waiting time.”
