“I have used Christchurch tyres since 2001 and have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgable. Although there have been changes recently the service remains the same. The only thing that would improve the experience is if the IT systems remembered each customer so that name and address were offered, 2 fold this makes the customer feel more important and stops the repetative element when visiting the same service provided, albeit perhaps once or twice a year, frequently.”

“After an initial on line enquiry and a chase up e-mail and telephone call I then visited the establishment to check the existing tyre type and as the 91W was not available I went for the 91Y.
This because I had an MOT booked for the 16th Jan.

Anyhow things get resolved and upon arrival at the establishment the car went straight into the workshop and the 2 tyres changed well inside the 3/4 hour stated at reception .

Believe my computer records have been mislaid, I was asked to update the lady on reception.”
