“After you replaced one tyre I was told that all 4 tyre pressures had been checked and balanced. 2 days later a warning light came on about tyre pressure. Only the new one was correct, all the others were below pressure and different.Clearly a check of all 4 had not been done. Disappointing and worrying.Tyres are important and customers rely on being told the truth”

Probs only gripe was the car was booked in online (which was very easy and simple to do) i arrived at the right time but they didn't start work on my car for about 20 mins. But it was booked in for an hour for the tyre repalcement and it took them less than that to do the work. So generally very hapoy with the service.”

“I recently gave you a good review as one of your fitters came out to replace a tyre just before Christmas and I was very pleased with the service from the initial phone call I made to the fitter.
However a different story when I came along to have another tyre fitted after Christmas, I had a long wait yes I admit it was busy but no member of staff kept me updated ! On my mentioning that I will come back I was then told I was next, I therefore could see the fitter working on my car from a distance, I felt quite annoyed that he was slamming my car doors plus looking in a box which he took from the boot and put on the passenger seat ! Overall I felt no care and attention was taken.”

“I was told to expect fitting 2 new tyres and wheel alignment to take one hour. After 90 minutes I was told that the tyre fitting had been done but I would have to wIt a further hour for the wheel alignment. I cancelled the wheel alignment and was told that a refund would automatically be returned to my credit card. Over a month later I am still waiting for the refund.”

“I always come here for tyre s , but on one occasion I waited a hour and my car had not even been started , I was not told that I would hv to wait a hour and a half or more so left ,, I can?t afford to waste time on a precious sat morning . So next time I booked in first . I was told 20 mins ,,,, but eventually left a hour later . I was due to meet a friend and had not text I?d be late as I was told 20 mins ,,,, so she sat a waited for me for a long time , not good”

Either check when arriving if someone is going to wait or call the name out a few times as the waiting area is a little away from the desk. My paperwork just seemed to have been filed away on the windowsill and left.”
