“We received quotes for two sets of tyres. We were quoted prices £165 ea. for Goodrich tyres and £125 for Grabbers. It transpired afterwards that the Goodrich tyres quote included VAT (£165) whilst the Grabbers (£125), did not include VAT. This was not made clear until after we received the invoice and the tyres fitted. If I had been aware that the quote for Grabbers did not include VAT then I may well have opted for the Goodrich tyres as the price differential had narrowed significantly. However, the staff were nice.”

“I had a blow out in Derby city centre on Friday night on my way home to Mansfield.
I called CTS early on Saturday morning and Darren told me that he didn't have the specific tyre in stock but said that he would ring around his trade contacts to try and find me a solution.
(He could have ordered one in for Monday, but Monday would have been difficult for me.)
Darren called back 10 minutes later with a solution and within 2 hours I was driving away from CTS with my car all fixed and sorted.
I cannot praise Darren enough, he his a really good chap who really goes out of his way to look after his customers.
When I thanked him for helping me out he said "That's what we are here for!"
I would highly recommend Darren and his team at CTS Derby.
