“A little concerned that the problem was noticed at the last service but not relaid back to me . When my wife came in with the car it was deemed unsafe to drive …please note that I had been driving the car for 100 miles per weekday since its last service”

“Kept waiting when we collected the car after a service…first to speak to an advisor, and then again after we had paid for the mechanic (who had left with our key in his pocket) to return to the showrooms with the key. Not very impressed!”
