My Jag had an intermittent Amber engine light which Jaguar themselves couldn't sort out on my previous service and the cars 1st MOT but MK Tyres resolved as part of their service. What was initially believed to be approx £60 then went to £160 and then the final price £198. There was no discussion with me and I find this discourteous.”

“I drove 15 miles for my tyres to be changed and the garage had no record of my booking. I was also told that there were no staff in to change the tyres. I asked for my money back and was told that wasn't possible and that I would have to wait.
The manager then found my tyres and fitted them himself.
While I was waiting, 2 other customers had exactly the same issue – their bookings weren't showing on the garage system.”
