Answered phone call quickly. Fast to confirm they had tyre in stock and they could also fit the same day. After fitting, the fitter also gave advice and recommendation for alloy which is needing some work done to it.

All of this was done within about an hour or so on a Saturday morning.”

“I had used Prestige on numerous times before and had been happy with the experience.
This time I was told there would be15 min delay before they could start which I agreed to.About 5 mins later another customer came in who was told there would be 30 min delay to which he started to argue that he had phoned before coming and hadn?t been told that.
I was very surprised when about 30 mins later he was told his car was ready and my car was still not been started.
I was there for 2 hours which If I had been told would have gone elsewhere to get 1 tyre and a valve replaced.
I will use your company again and hope this was a one off.”
