“Very recently, 2020, pumped up my suddenly flattened tyre and drove first thing to Protyre on a Monday morning. They did the tyre, and I asked about the clutch with which I had a bad ?pull away? experience on a major ?A? Road Dual Carriageway ! They quoted, and fitted new clutch on the same day, Monday!
The manager was most efficient and very very helpful, The engineers seemed skilled and gave me confidence, as they fitted the newly delivered part the same day. I called in without any appointment. I was so relieved, and all running very well thank you.”

“This was the third time I have used Protyre in Protyre Abingdon and again I was very impressed with the service I received. Having had a front tyre rupture on a protruding kerb stone I rang shortly after 0900 to enquire about replacements, having decided to change both fronts. Jason told me that they could be in stock by about 1300 and at 1330 I had a call to say the car was ready to pick up. Both Jason and the young man who fitted the tyres were very efficient, helpful and courteous. Protyre will remain my go-to place.”

Nobody ever gives praise, they just take time to moan and hide behind a screen as "keyboard warriors". However in this instance, I have given my time, as i did at the garage, to praise the shear professionalism of Jason and his team. “I came in for service. The welcoming was good, explanation of services offered not very clear. I was expecting the car to be clean when returned, but i had to remove my own plastic from my seat and close my bonnet as it was still open.”

Waited around until new time. Given coffee (machine not working). In recompense a failed bulb was replaced free of charge. Computer system outage blamed on booking day. Suggest a system modification that reminds customer of booking ahead of visit.”
