“I have recently started using Protyre again. But only the Protyre Wickham garage. The staff there are friendly and I trust them, especially Paul the manager.I used to use the Fareham garage. But after some appalling customer service I stopped using Protyre. I took my new transit van in for a service and the oil cap was left off and the funnel left in there. I didn?t receive much of an apology but the engine bay was wash out and I was promised a free full service. When I tried to claim my full service was told I was trying it on and refused. Not what you expect after using Protyre Fareham for over 10years.”

They sourced and fitted new battery within about an hour of me turning up then they identified a problem with the alternator and explained the test they were doing to find the problem. Then they managed tk source and fit a new alternator. Great service a d 8 really appreciate that they could fit me in today.”
