“Very rude staff which are unhelpful.
Booked a slot for 1pm on Saturday, arrived in good time only to be told it is walk in service only for tyres and that there is an hours wait. What is the point of being able to book a slot online if it means nothing when you arrive.

A member of staff named Jim was very unhelpful, rude and patronising. When he told me then was an hours wait he quickly followed it with ?So you gonna stay or leave then??.

Would not recommend this place to anyone.. not unless you like being spoken to and treated like s**t.”

They explained that the tyre had a leak and suggested a reasonably priced replacement for the old tyre and did the balancing, all within a short time. I always use this branch as not only do I live very close by but they go out of their way to do a good job. By the way it is Mrs not Mr Hutchison.”

“Your team should act fairly with all customers. My Freelander 2001 has failed the MOT, and am ok with that, as with engine light on I was no expecting to be cheap repair and it was NOT my intention to spend any money on that car. but your mechanics were misleading information in order to make money, and that it is not right. Your mechanics, after failing the MOT, convinced us to run a diagnostic (£40) P0420 + carrying out a useless work in the car (all docs will be sent to the ombudsman for consideration). total cost £198.00 for than failing again. than they tried to convince me to spend another £250.00 for a catalist converter, with no guarantee to pass the MOT. the full investigation could have cost hundreds of pounds. Please note that at the very beginning of our conversation with Steve Bennett, he simplified the work needed in the Freelander as simple and cheap, about £150 max. Thank you for your great assistance.”
