“Listen to what is required, I ordered a Gold service which was not logged on the job card, on arrival to book in I confirmed a Gold service was required with Ashley. Half an hour later they tried to contact me but I was unable to answer the phone. I tried to contact you several times only to get a recorded message saying you were busy. On going back I was told I had to book the car back in as they did not know what service was required. On taking the car back in I was told you now had the oil filter the car required which was news to me. My first impression following the first visit was you could not be bothered to do the job. I have used Thistlethwaites for years but this last experience has made me question if I will use you again.”

“I arranged a time but due to some event the previous day there was a backlog which resulted in me being there for two hours for just two tyres replacing. Driving over the next couple of days the car felt light on the steering but hard over the road surface, on checking the tyres I found they had been over inflated to 40 psi. This potentially dangerous event leaves me a little cautious but based on price I would return but check tyre pressure asap.”
