“Went in first thing on 31dec after my golf had been slipping around a bit on wet roads the night before. Was met by a helpful and personable young chap who gave me a few options and said I could have two new front tyres there and then, pirellis 77 quid each which seemed reasonable. Took about 45 mins and called me up when done. Later on the 'tyres lost pressure' light came on, took it back in and they fixed it for free in a jiffy. Excellent service.”

“We went in for what we thought was a slow puncture but was in fact a cracked wheel. The guys found the part number for the replacement wheel and rang around to locate one. Unfortunately none could be located as Mercedes have stopped making them. Eventually found one on internet. Very helpful staff.”

“I requested , in addition to the replacement, that they change another worn tyre with the unused spare wheel, placing the wheel with worn tyre in the spare tyre rack. For this action I was charged £18 which I consider excessive, especially as they did not test the pressure of the spare which promped a low pressure alarm soon after leaving the depot. I had to manually pump up the tyre in the rain when I returned home.”

However, don't understand why if you can see your Tues sitting there and a nasty is empty, you have to go que only to have someone then walk back out with the key to get them to do the work. “Pre-booked my car in for two rear tyres at a price of £260. I also asked them to remove a stone which was stuck in the brake shield. When the work was completed i was told to put my card in the machine, luckily enough i looked at the machine which read £364, only £104 over charge! I told the guy this, who quickly got out the magic calculator & amended it to £260. Driving away the stone which was jammed was still in there which was later removed by myself. Not too impressed at all. Good price but could of been a lot more if i hadn?t of noticed!! Be warned.”
