“Waiting time was excessive I pre-ordered tyres, arrived at 08:30 and didn't get away until 10:35, despite being told I would have to wait 30-40 minutes at 08:301
Free vend on the tea/coffeee machine had run out.
Fitter did not advise my front right tracking was out, which I had to adjusted by another garage yesterday, as I had a flat on my left rear, which was due to a 200mm tread pattern separation on a Pirelli P7, which I was told about even though I was told the rear tyres were ok for a while as had 4mm of tread on them!”

“I ordered my tyres online and during this process I was asked to make an appointment for fitting said tyres. I went to the appointment only to be kept waiting for 2 hours! I raised this with the man who appeared to be in charge only to be told that my appointment is worthless and I have to wait my turn in the queue. When trying to reason with him I was simply told it causes problems to honour appointment times and the website shouldn't have given me an exact time. Really?. I fully expect that there should be some flexibility with appointment times but do think 2 hours of flexibility is really not on. 500 pounds spent to basically have two fingers stuck up at me.”

“I paid for a tyre with a valve and balancing. The tyre was fitted but the old valve was left fitted. This valve was split and dangerous. I had to ask for it to be replaced. When I got home I noticed the balance wights were old and dirty. Clearly not new from a recent balance. I called and the price of the balance was refunded without argument. Is this their standard practice?”
