“Staff seemed to be spending a lot of time smoking and chatting while customers waited for vehicles to be dealt with. I do not havean issue with people having breaks but this did seem excessive and there were clearly short staffed anyway.
Perhaps get an area where staff can get their smoke breaks away from customer view. It leaves a bad impression and made me feel quite frustrated that it took so long to get my car dealy with when there were not many customers waiting.”

“service at Ferndown excellent, unfortunately cant same for your web site, locked up at trying to book day and time on several different devices and computers. depot kindly did web price match but i could not get the £15.00 discount for buying 2 tyres.
I have used Micheldever base for years but usually by phone, unfortunately website crashing prevented ability to purchase and pay on line,
your office suggested a recovery option of removing cashe but as had the same problem on different devices and platforms i do not consider it to be a fault at my end and your geeks need to get it sorted”
