“Ordered online tyres and book a time for fitting a week in advance. Turned up 15 minutes before appointment only then to be told tyres weren't there by a manager who wasn't st all helpful or apologetic. Came away with no tyres they still had my money. Unable to get in touch with anyone because it was weekend so spent the weekend worrying about what was going to happen. I had a phone call Monday telling me the tyres had arrived so booked fitting the following,Saturday, two weeks after ordering still no apology.”

Big company like that should have more tyres to sell to all budgets. You are not a back street garage! So disappointing and I would hesitate to go back there again.”
